PeerNext Group™ is a peer-led reintegration partner for community mental health, recovery, and reentry programs. Our team brings together lived experience, program design, and systems-change consulting to help peer service centers close the “after care” gap between discharge and real life. We co-design every project with local leaders so that the model fits your community, your workforce, and your funding realities.
