TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
